Payment & Refund Terms

These terms explain how payment works for services provided by Victoria Park / Park Fitted (“Stylist”).

Payment

Payment for the selected service minimum is due when you book, unless we agree otherwise in writing. The listed price covers the stated minimum time. Additional time that you request or approve is billed at $100 per hour in 30-minute increments and is due upon receipt of the follow-up invoice.

Completed styling time

Styling is a personalized professional service. Once work has begun, fees are earned for the Stylist’s preparation, time, expertise, and services delivered. If a four-hour session is completed, payment for the booked minimum and all approved additional time remains due even if the client is dissatisfied with a recommendation or chooses not to purchase suggested items.

Refunds

Personal preference or dissatisfaction alone does not create a refund right after services are delivered. If something does not feel right, please raise the concern during the session or email us within three calendar days. We will review the concern in good faith and may offer reasonable follow-up support or a service credit at our discretion. Refunds will be provided when required by applicable law or when the Stylist is unable to deliver the agreed service.

Rescheduling and cancellation

Need to cancel? No problem. You may reschedule at your convenience, subject to availability. For a cancellation before services begin, a prepaid fee may be applied to one rescheduled appointment. Repeated short-notice cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the prepaid fee because that time was reserved for you.

Third-party purchases

Clothing, accessories, tailoring, delivery, and other third-party purchases are separate from styling fees and follow the seller’s own policies. We cannot issue refunds for third-party items.
