Service Agreement

Effective July 27, 2026

By booking or receiving services from Victoria Park / Park Fitted (“Stylist”), you agree to these terms. Please read them before purchasing a service.

Scope of services

Services may include consultations, closet edits, personal shopping, outfit planning, event styling, travel packing, and related styling support. Recommendations are personal and subjective; we do not guarantee a particular appearance, fit, retailer inventory, or outcome.

Service minimums and additional time

Your booked fee covers the service minimum shown at purchase. If you request or approve time beyond that minimum, additional time is billed at $100 per hour in 30-minute increments. We will communicate before extending a session when reasonably possible. The Style Transformation package includes eight hours of styling support delivered across agreed sessions.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, making final purchase decisions, and paying directly for clothing, tailoring, shipping, taxes, and other third-party costs. The Stylist is not a retailer and does not guarantee availability, fit, delivery, return eligibility, or price of third-party items.

Scheduling and rescheduling

Need to cancel? No problem. You may reschedule at your convenience, subject to availability. Please give notice as soon as possible. Repeated short-notice cancellations or no-shows may require a new booking fee before another appointment is reserved.

Respectful working relationship

We aim for a thoughtful, respectful experience. The Stylist may pause or end a session if conditions are unsafe, discriminatory, abusive, or otherwise prevent professional services from being delivered. Fees for work already completed remain due.

Photography and confidentiality

We respect the privacy of your wardrobe, home, and personal information. Identifiable photos or testimonials will be used publicly only with your permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Stylist is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from styling recommendations or third-party purchases. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
